Case Study: Fundraising Event Registrations

Driving Event Registrations in Major Markets.

Background

Avon39 , through its non-profit association, hosted a series of 39-mile walks (for breast cancer prevention) in seven major markets — Houston, Washington DC, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, Santa Barbara and New York. The average donation amount per participant was $2,500.

Our Challenge

Raise Awareness for the event, and convince new prospects to register, raise money and walk, and produce an ROI against media investment.

What We Did

Cross Device Media planned, bought, and optimized the digital advertising in seven markets, and nationally for retargeting. Advertising included static display, HTML5, native, newsletters, and video.

The KPIs

Success was pinned to the cost of registrations (CPA).

Results

Over the course of the campaign, Cross Device Media successfully reduced to the CPA by 94%. The $105 CPA represented a 24x return on spend.
